Morreen Rukin Bayles, President and founder of CRS, gained her background experience from a mixture of high-volume casual dining, to quick-service operations. She started as a Manager Trainee and was last the Director of Operational Services for a 110-unit Boston Market franchisee. Her past experience is in Operations, Recruiting, Training, New Product Testing and Deployment, Concept Conversions, Systems, and Quality Assurance.
